Maile has over 25 years of experience in financial management; analyzing costs, pricing, developing trends and projections. Maile is responsible for all of SOLIDs financials and plans the overall budget. She graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is passionate about developing business strategies and implementing process and procedures to ensure business growth. She helps mentor and push the SOLID team to reach their full potential.

Outside of work Maile enjoys spending time with her children and going on adventures with them.
